The Light Saber Game is based on the classic scene in Star Wars where Ben is teaching Luke how to use the Force on the Millennium Falcon on the way to Alderaan to find Princess Leia. Luke is pitted against a floating droid which tries to shoot him. The object of the exercise is to block the shots with the light saber.

We have mocked up this classic scene in our vitual reality system. We used hand painted textures extensively to create the outer space look. A screen shot of what you see inside the game is seen here. You hold a virtual light saber, which is really a flash light that is tracked. We also have 3D sound so you can hear the droids firing at you even if it is off the screen. Of course we can make it a little more difficult with up to four droids all firing at you at once.
